PROPHETIC WORD: 🤍You’re graduating in the spirit! From ‘glory to glory’

“So he brought his chosen ones singing into the Promised Land…”

Psalm 105:43

“I pray that you will continually experience the immeasurable greatness of God’s power made available to you through faith. Then your lives will be an advertisement of this immense power as it works through you!” (Ephesians 1:19)

A divine brightness is fluttering over your life right now because the “joy of the Lord is your strength!” You must not be dejected and discouraged at this time! This is a season of celebration, dancing and abundant, unspeakable joy! This is a month of radiance, blossoming, and renewal! You are a reflection of God’s transforming LOVE and POWER!

The Holy Spirit illuminated the Greek word anamenó, which means to earnestly wait with eager expectation; actively wait with rising intensity about what is happening next. I also hear in my spirit: “Completing a process.”

Continue to linger and wait upon the Lord. You are so very close to the finish line! Remain faithful and cling to the Father with all your heart, and remember that forgiveness is the key to unity and reconciliation.

🤍ENCOURAGEMENT

It’s time to take back your authority! God gave you a voice to be a change in the environment in which you live. Do not put yourself on clearance anymore. God has called you to be different and set apart for a reason! Dust off your shoes and put away your hope deferred because change is at hand!

The enemy has tried to silence you for far too long, and those days are over. All of creation is groaning for God’s sons and daughters to take their rightful place, and you must understand the authority that you carry. Your DNA is embedded with Jesus Christ, and no weapon against you will prosper. You are safe and secure under the Father’s care. He will not leave you nor forsake you.

It’s time to “stir up the gift of God” inside of you again! Paul is a champion of the faith, and while awaiting execution, he wrote to his young disciple Timothy with words of encouragement that still speak to our hearts even today. First, Paul reminded the young man of his heritage. His mother and grandmother had great faith and that same faith lives inside Timothy. Godly influence really can make an eternal impact, so do not give up on the children in your life!

Then Paul said, “Stir up the gift of God which is in you…” and fan into the flame (2 Timothy 1:6)

My friend – do not allow the gift of God to grow cold in your heart. Keep the gift ablaze! You are to tend, nurture and protect it like one overseeing a campfire!

God is a gift – but He’s also given you certain spiritual gifts. You have to tend them like a fire. You already have accelerants in your heart and soul to make this fire explode! Once a tiny spark collides with the wind of the Holy Spirit, a movement is launched!

Jesus has given you enormous responsibility because He already knows what you possess. Put away all the excuses, step forward with strong and bold faith, and be the person God has designed you to be!

The days of playing it safe are over. It’s a time of acceleration. You are a survivor. God has tended to your heart, performed heart surgery, and made you an entirely new creation. Be bold, passionate and run with freedom into the future!

You have been called to spread the message of Jesus Christ to a world in desperate need of HOPE. Come fly higher. Fly high in the SPIRIT.

Take ownership of your talent given by the Holy Spirit. Don’t just cast it aside or hide it with shame. Take pride in what the Lord has placed in your heart. Take authority over it. You are a child of God. You’re on a new level and have been spiritually promoted to a higher understanding of the Messiah. He is worthy of all honor and praise and, as His ambassador, be the best reflection of Jesus possible.

God is strengthening your voice and creativity as we speak.

Your next is already inside you. The Lord Jesus has prepared something spectacular up ahead. It will change your life and the lives of others. It will impact generations to come. You will show them what it means to put God first and allow Him to completely revamp your life. You will be a voice of healing and a beacon of hope to the world. God is the only mentor you need to rely on this season. LET IT OUT. Let everything that HE put inside you explode with PURPOSE. The industry will never be the same once you boldly step forward and be everything Jesus wants you to be.

Stop sleeping on yourself! You must see yourself like the Lord. Something happened in your life where you stopped dreaming and believing to the level you once had. The Lord will rekindle that flame the second you decide to go forward into the future with bravery. Breakthrough will come.

Some of you are God’s diplomats, skilled with helping others find peace in difficult situations. You represent the interests of the Kingdom of God with clear and pure motives that are extremely important for this generation. Again, the gift you possess is having the right kind of heart, and God will use you mightily, so get ready!

You also represent the “entrance” into the Kingdom of God and will be called upon to serve as a spiritual sister or brother in Christ for new believers! You’re calling will be like a senior student who welcomes the freshmen on the first day of school to show them around and teach them heavenly realities with enthusiasm and joy! We need more Kingdom pioneers, trailblazers and leaders in the modern day and many of you have followed the narrow path with Jesus and He’s elevating you to take on new endeavors!

When the Lord prepared Joshua to be the new leader, God had already set him up for success. God told Joshua “arise…and cross over the Jordan into the land that I am giving to the children of Israel” (Joshua 1:2).

Then the Lord spoke destiny over Joshua’s life in the same way He speaks to you as His beloved child before any major move. One way to “train” yourself on how to really hear the voice of God is to understand how He speaks in the Bible. God is very clear and concise. He’s straight to the point.

The Lord told Joshua (Joshua 1:1-9)…

  • I have given you every place where the sole of your foot will tread.

  • No one shall stand against you all the days of your life. I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.

  • Be strong and courageous, for you shall give these people the inheritance of the land that I swore to their fathers I would give them.

  • Above all, be strong and very courageous. Be careful to observe all the law that My servant Moses commanded you. Do not turn from it to the right or to the left, so that you may prosper wherever you go.

  • Have I not commanded you to be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.

Why did the Lord tell Joshua repeatedly to be strong and courageous? Because he was clearly afraid! There was a lot riding on his shoulders! He was the new leader of the children of Israel, Moses had just died, and there was uncertainty up ahead. Now he must lead the people from the wilderness to the Promised Land and the Lord settled Joshua’s fears and let him know that everything would be okay.

Jesus is whispering the same words to you: “Be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go!”

Fear does not cancel us from God's purposes and plans, but we must face the fear and move obediently! When the Lord makes significant moves in your life, it can be terrifying, and that's the whole point. We can't do it on our own. We need Jesus. We need His instructions and viewpoints, and plans. We need the Holy Spirit to guide and protect us. Most importantly, we need God's extravagant LOVE!

God is faithful and always true to His promises. He’s sovereign over everything.

“For promotion and power come from nowhere on earth, but only from God. He promotes one and deposes another” (Psalm 75:6-7).

THE PROMISED LAND: A SEASON OF SUDDENLIES

“If the Lord is pleased with us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to us—a land which flows with milk and honey.” (Numbers 14:8)

The Promised Land or “Land of Canaan” in the modern day really speaks to the transition that Christians make from bondage to liberation. It’s the separation point from our old to new life. It’s a spiritual destination. To get there, we have to give our life to Jesus Christ. Then we must step forward and cross over and go through the process of sanctification (which is a fancy word that describes being set apart to grow closer with the Father and spiritually mature).

Spiritually speaking, the Promised Land is a heart posture. Hebrews 3-4 reminds us that Canaan is a destination given to every believer who finds rest, security, freedom and victory in King Jesus. We are freed from the bondage of sin and enfolded into a life more abundantly with Yahweh. There will be a crossover point where the Lord speaks to you about what’s to come, when and how.

Usually, the Lord gives you an overview of what’s to come, and then there’s a period of preparation, testing and waiting. The Lord will train you to hear His voice with clarity. He will teach you how to yield and put aside even your own dreams and desires to align with Him. Sometimes this can go on for years and when your soul gets tired, that’s when the power of the Holy Spirit really works. Jesus will carry you through and He’ll give you the grace to endure.

Then the promise is unleashed with divine speed. But you will feel a shift in the spirit when this happens and physical change occurs. The preparation stage can be long and taxing because the Lord is deconstructing old thought patterns, breaking sin cycles and He decimates even your own viewpoints that have been indoctrinated since birth. However, when it’s go time, the Father moves with speed!

Psalm 147:15 – “He sends his commands to the earth; his word runs swiftly.”

When you enter God’s season of “suddenly,” things happen “immediately, instantly, in quick succession, and without interruption or delay!” If you read the Gospel of Mark, you’ll notice that John Mark was quite fond of the word “immediately.” He spoke with an urgent tone.

Eutheōs in Greek means “without delay or hesitation; with no time intervening; soon; directly.” The Good News of Jesus does come with urgency! Jesus moves with compelling action and we must always follow Him without delay and do just as He says! When He speaks, it’s GO TIME! DO NOT HESITATE. DO NOT DELAY. MOVE SWIFTLY!

FROM GLORY TO GLORY

For a long time, I had no clue what Paul was talking about in 2 Corinthians 3:18. How do we advance from one degree of glory to another? What does that even mean? The phrase "glory to glory" appears in this verse…

Paul wrote, "We all, with unveiled faces, are reflecting the glory of the Lord and are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory; this is from the Lord who is the Spirit."

Another translation says this: "We are being transformedfrom one degree of glory to the next degree of glory."

Thankfully, the Lord brought clarity to this verse and it really opened my eyes in new ways! I hope it can bring some revelation to you today!

The Scripture reveals that there are levels and "degrees" to our spiritual walk as we are transformed into the likeness of Christ. We elevate from sanctification to glorification as the Holy Spirit dwells from within us. Moses would spend time in the presence of the Lord, and his face would glow, but the shine would eventually fade. However, because Jesus came and died for our sins, His holy presence is here to stay with you. As the fruit of the Spirit (Gal. 5:22-23) becomes more substantial in your life, you're progressively being transformed into the image of Christ! You have an "ever-increasing glory" when Jesus radiates from your soul! That's why it's so important that we live a "fruitful" life.

As a reminder, the fruit of the Spirit is: "love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control…."

Our hearts and lives become brighter and brighter as we are transfigured like Jesus! That’s why Jesus said, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:16).

Remember — As God's child, you are enfolded into a new way of living that is opposite from the culture. We ascend higher and higher and from glory to glory as we walk with Christ!

When we walk with Jesus, we live for heaven even while on earth. One way to become more "fruitful" is to use your gifts and talents to impact the world.

The Lord gives us specific skills, assignments, platforms, talents, callings and careers to bring encouragement and hopes to others. Sometimes our lives are the only Bibles anyone will ever read, so we are called to be very intentional with our actions and words. One uplifting word, positive interaction or even recognition of another can change everything for someone. We never know what people are really battling inside their souls. Keep loving on the ones that the Holy Spirit illuminates in your heart!

It’s rare to find authentic and genuine people willing to put their own self-interests aside for the betterment of others. Be that person! God will reward your pure heart and faithfulness. As we go from "glory to glory" with Jesus, He opens our eyes to a new way of living!

The Lord directs our steps. When we finish one season, we graduate to the next. We're elevated in the Spirit and enter a new understanding of Christ. Spiritual transformation takes place.

We're all on a path toward spiritual renewal, and the only way we can become the best versions of ourselves is to keep Jesus at the center. The Bible tells us not to be conformed but transformed by renewing our minds (Romans 12:2). The Greek word for transformed is similar to metamorphosis, and that's exactly what happens as you go deeper with Christ. God has made you into a butterfly, and you're not returning to your former life as a caterpillar. You're advancing from glory to glory until Jesus calls you home.

When God makes all things new, He does a complete work until He stands back and says, "It is good."

Your life is like a jagged rock in the middle of living water. Over time, your edges are smoothed, and the stone eventually becomes so shiny that it reflects the sunlight. The once-jagged rock can't go back to its original state. It's been chiseled and refined through a process that molds and shapes the hardened edges into something completely new. The smooth stone is now a valuable commodity against the evils of darkness. You evolve into a weapon of warfare that God can use in His slingshot to slay giants.

Many people think that slingshots are like toys, but in ancient times they were weapons of war! The rocks were about the size of a tennis ball, and they'd be launched quickly and accurately like a fast-pitch softball pitcher.

God gave David the heart of a warrior from a very young age. He was in training long before he was ever called to the front. David was already slaying lions and bears in the sheep pastures when no one was watching but God. What would compel one to rescue mere sheep from the jaws of vicious animals? Love. The Lord knew if this boy risked his life to protect sheep, he could be trusted to protect God’s people. So when David stepped forward to face the giant, he came confidently because he knew the battle belonged to the Lord.

Man looks at the outward appearance, but God looks at the heart. David knew what it meant to go from glory to glory. He transformed from a shepherd boy who was overlooked by his own people, into an anointed future king, to a man on the run to an eventual king. The Lord elevated David higher during each season because he only sought God's approval. In contrast, Saul was all about prestige, honor and external validation. He cared more about what man thought than the Living God.

The Lord seeks authentic saints to represent the Army of the Living God. Before you're promoted in the Spirit, you practice, prepare and learn out of the spotlight with Jesus.

The process of transformation with Christ is the glory. We are progressively being transformed into the image of Jesus, "one degree of glory to even more glory" (Amplified).

As I've shared before, the Holy Spirit descended upon my life soon after my mom died. I had a powerful conversion experience similar to Paul on the Road to Damascus. I'd religiously known the Lord and done "church" all my life, but I did not understand the power of the Holy Spirit. I never read the Bible. I especially didn't understand God as a Father, but my life significantly changed once I started spending time in His presence. The Holy Spirit came into my life like an avalanche, and Scripture suddenly came alive; I began to have vivid dreams, my spiritual gifts increased, and Jesus started to download Biblical truths in great detail. I also came to understand the voice of God in new ways. He's always speaking; we just have to learn to listen.

During those early days, I kept saying: "I'm becoming."

Whenever the words left my mouth, I'd always wonder what they meant? I'm becoming? What does that even mean?

I now realize the Holy Spirit was speaking forth my destiny. I was becoming the person Jesus always designed me to be, and it would be a long process of spiritual regeneration. The same is true for so many of God's children. We're all on a path of spiritual healing and renewal until we stand face-to-face with our Heavenly Father. We elevate and transcend from "glory to glory" as we go deeper with Jesus into His Truth and soar to greater depths in the Spirit. We are all on a journey of "becoming" the person we were destined to be before the foundations of the world. God is sovereign and knew every day of your life long before birth. How do we know this is true?

Romans 8:29 -- "For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son so that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters."

There is so much freedom for a believer when the scales are removed from one's eyes, and you realize you're CHOSEN. God chose you for a reason out of all the billions of people on this planet. It's the greatest love of all.

Jesus said, "You did not choose Me, but I chose you" (John 15:16). That's mind-boggling, but once you grab hold of the fact that the Creator of the world chose you -- everything changes. We can't brag about being selected because it didn't come from us – it's based solely on God's sovereign grace (Romans 9:16). Therefore, as believers, we must praise the Lord that we are predestined to be a part of His family and adopted (Ephesians 1:5). This will help you understand why your journey might have been more complex than most people. God’s people will oftentimes feel like “outsiders” until they find their spiritual family and truly understand the resurrecting power of the Risen Savior.

Paul writes that God "chose" (eklegomai, Eph. 1:4) and "predestined" (prooridzō, Eph. 1:5, 11) those who will believe in Christ and the word "predestined" can also mean "predetermined."

Each time the word is used, we see God is the One who does the divine choosing at His discretion. To be chosen does not make one special in the world's ways; instead, it teaches us to put our trust back into the One True God who chooses.

"He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time…" (2 Timothy 1:9).

So as a chosen one, we must uphold many "family requirements" to become more like our King as we are made in His image and likeness. One of them is to "love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind" (Matthew 22:37). God has given you specific gifts, talents, dreams and platforms that are meant to shine the spotlight on the King and help more people come to know the Father. When we really understand the gift of being chosen, it brings a new purpose to our lives. It's not about us — but all about Him! So today, get your glow on and shine!

Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord, you’ll receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.
— Colossians 3:23–24

Paul often taught sports metaphors to the church at Corinth because they were familiar with the Greek games. The lessons have stood the test of time and are easy to understand even today.

Paul compared the Christian life to running a race. Godly living is a discipline and lifestyle. Just like an athlete, we must stay in "spiritual" shape and do the small things that make a big difference! We must persevere and keep a warrior mentality! The only way this is possible is by fixing our eyes on Christ Jesus.

Hebrews 12:1-3
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him, he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

We are all running towards the Prize that is Jesus Christ. I like to think of "spiritual seasons" as various stages of a race. Sometimes we race ahead and accelerate, other times we rest and recover, sometimes we wait for our strength to return, there are some seasons we advance with a new pace of grace, and then some seasons we are elevated to a higher level and start to soar.

As we elevate from glory to glory, we remember the astonishing claim that Paul told the new believers: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!" (2 Corinthians 5:17). So run your race with confidence!

If there is anything to take away from this lesson, please remember that our life is not in what we do — but in Who we do it for.

Jesus is our Home.
He is the Rock of Ages.
He is our refuge, safety, security, hope and future.

Lord, through all the generations you have been our home! Before the mountains were created, before the earth was formed, you are God without beginning or end. May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands.
— Psalm 90:1-2, 17
