2025 Prophetic Word: Let’s Turn the World Upside Down With Jesus! ✨

"For in Him we live and move and have our being."

Acts 17:28

Dear Kingdom Trailblazers,

This past weekend, the Holy Spirit posed a question that filled me with excitement and anticipation: “Are you ready to turn the world upside down?!” It was as if my spirit leaped at the thought of what God is about to do! As we soar into 2025, I believe Jesus is asking you the very same question—are you ready?

When Paul and Silas brought the message of Jesus Christ to Thessalonica, their opposition accused them of “turning the world upside down” (Acts 17:6, NKJV). While it wasn’t intended as a compliment, it became a badge of honor for believers!

The issue at hand was that Paul and Silas were proclaiming a radical gospel that challenged the status quo. The bold declaration that "Jesus is King" (Acts 17:7) was particularly inflammatory, as it directly opposed the allegiance to Caesar as the ultimate authority.

Their critics were disturbed by how the gospel challenged their beliefs, disrupted their comfort zones, and confronted their systems of control. But what their opponents saw as disruption was, in fact, divine transformation

Paul and Silas weren’t just spreading a new message; they were heralding a transformative truth that called for complete surrender to Christ. This truth not only altered individual lives but also began to reshape entire communities, causing those in power to fear losing their influence. The gospel was indeed turning the world upside down—not through violence or insurrection, but through the power of God to change hearts and realign priorities.

God used Paul and Silas to break chains, open spiritual eyes, and change lives forever.

And guess what? The same resurrection power that lived in them is still beating through our spirits today!

Turning the world upside down doesn’t mean creating chaos—it means becoming agents of truth and light. King Jesus is calling us to make His name the focal point of our lives and our mission. The spirit of prophecy is the testimony of Jesus, and now more than ever, the world needs believers who will chase the heart of our King above all else.

Motivational speeches and self-made apostles won’t cut it.

Focusing on personal prophetic words or our own ambitions will fall short of what God is calling us to.

What the world longs for is the undeniable presence of Jesus in His people. We must rise as God’s sons and daughters, shifting our focus to an eternal perspective.

The Father is getting His church back in alignment with this truth. He is restoring order, exposing those who are abusing others for their own financial gain, and calling His people to walk in humility, integrity, and the fear of the Lord.

We aren’t just walking into a new year—we’re leaping into it, like the calves jumping for joy in Malachi 4:2: “But for you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness shall rise with healing in its wings. You shall go out leaping like calves from the stall.”

This is a season of joy, freedom, and renewed hope as we step boldly into the greater things God has prepared.

So, I ask you again: are you ready?

PREPARE FOR A SURGE IN HYBRID SPIRITUAL GIFTS

In the next few years, we will witness the rise of Kingdom pioneers equipped with hybrid prophetic gifts—individuals who teach and prophesy with remarkable precision and authority, much like Huldah in the Bible. Huldah was more than a prophetess; she was a trusted teacher of God’s Word, sought out for her wisdom and guidance during a critical moment in Israel’s history (2 Kings 22:14–20). Despite the cultural norms of her time, her voice carried the weight of divine authority, exemplifying the power and importance of prophetic teaching.

These individuals will bridge the gap between understanding and revelation, speaking God’s truth with boldness while equipping others to walk in His ways.

Similarly, like Ezra, we are seeing the emergence of prophetic scribes—those called to study, teach, and write God’s messages with power and clarity. Ezra’s devotion to God’s law (Ezra 7:10) not only helped restore Israel’s spiritual identity but also preserved God’s truth for future generations.

Today, Jesus is raising up modern-day Ezras to write books, teachings, and resources that carry the breath of His Spirit. These prophetic scribes will use their gifts to disciple, equip, and inspire nations, ensuring that God’s Word reaches the hearts and minds of people in every sphere of life.

These people will shake the religious status quo; they will turn the world upside down even in unexpected places—boardrooms, classrooms, creative spaces, Hollywood, media, politics, sports, universities, and marketplaces—bringing the transformative power of the gospel wherever they go.

The gospel has always challenged darkness. The Good News of Jesus Christ overturns sin, redefines priorities, and calls people into the light. This is what 2025 is about—living so faithfully and boldly that others can’t help but see Jesus in you and be drawn to His love and truth.

You might wonder, “But I’m just one person. Can I really make a difference?”

The answer is a resounding YES!!!

Remember Ephesians 3:20: “Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us.”

It’s not your strength that will change the world—it’s God’s. He’s not asking you to be the loudest or the most influential. He’s asking you to be faithful, available, and willing to let His Spirit work through you.

A RISE IN HEALTH AND FITNESS

“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.”
(1 Cor. 10:31)

In 2025, we’ll see a powerful resurgence of people recognizing the importance of honoring their bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit. Stewarding our physical health isn’t just about fitness; it’s an act of worship and a reflection of our commitment to live fully for Christ. Many will begin to prioritize healthy eating, nourishing their bodies with what sustains rather than indulging in what depletes.

Others will put away destructive habits like excessive alcohol consumption, overeating, or neglecting their health altogether, choosing instead to embrace a lifestyle that reflects discipline and gratitude for the gift of their bodies.

As this realization takes root, small groups centered around health and wellness will emerge—communities where believers encourage one another to care for their bodies, minds, and spirits in alignment with God’s design. These groups won’t just focus on exercise or food choices; they’ll become spaces of discipleship, prayer, and accountability.

By prioritizing health, we are equipping ourselves to run the race God has set before us (Hebrews 12:1) with endurance, strength, and joy. This movement is yet another way the Holy Spirit is calling us to honor God in every area of life and take His message beyond the walls of the church into the heart of everyday living.

Greater Things Are Ahead

Make Jesus The Focus of Your Life and Ministry

Jesus promised in John 14:12, “Whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these.” What does this mean in 2025? It’s not about having more power than Jesus—He alone holds all authority in heaven and on earth (Matthew 28:18). Instead, it’s about being part of His plan to extend His reach to more people through the tools and opportunities He has placed in our hands.

During the earthly ministry of Jesus Christ, He ministered to thousands in person, but today, through the power of technology, we can reach even more people in seconds. Something as simple as sharing a Bible verse, a testimony, or what the Holy Spirit is saying can plant seeds of faith in hearts you may never meet in person. This isn’t about replacing the personal touch of discipleship but about amplifying the message of Christ to those who may not walk into a church building.

These “greater things” are about expanding the impact of the gospel for His glory. It’s about faith that moves you to post that encouraging word, boldness to share your story, and obedience to follow His promptings to love and lead others. When your actions align with His Spirit, even the smallest step can have eternal significance.

Here’s what greater things could look like for you:

  • Discipling Someone New: Walking alongside someone who’s hungry to know God.

  • Being a Mentor: Sharing your wisdom and experience with someone searching for guidance.

  • Living Boldly: Taking a step of faith, whether it’s sharing your testimony or standing firm in truth.

  • Shining in the Marketplace: Reflecting Christ in your work and using your platform to point others to Him.

Turning the World Upside Down Together

As we leap into 2025, I want to remind you that turning the world upside down doesn’t always look like grand, public acts. Often, it begins with quiet, radical obedience in the small, personal areas of life. It might mean choosing forgiveness for someone who doesn’t deserve it or showing love to someone who has only hurt you. Turning the world upside down starts when we let the Spirit of God overturn the places in our own hearts that need His touch.

Maybe for you, it looks like forgiving a friend who betrayed your trust, even when they haven’t apologized. Or perhaps it’s extending kindness to that coworker who always seems to criticize you. It could be standing in prayer for a family member who has caused you pain or showing patience in a situation that tests your limits. These acts of radical love and forgiveness might seem small, but they are powerful—they reflect the heart of Jesus.

Turning the world upside down might also look like standing firm in truth when it’s easier to stay silent or sharing your testimony with someone who desperately needs hope. It might mean giving generously to someone in need or mentoring a younger believer who’s searching for guidance. These small acts, done with great love, have the power to shift the atmosphere and open hearts to the gospel.

May we all say yes to the hard but holy work of living like Jesus. What an incredible privilege it is to be His hands and feet! May we learn to lift our gaze beyond our own needs and fix our eyes on the bigger picture—one filled with an eternal perspective.

Some of you may feel a stirring to fast and dedicate time to consecration with the Lord. These powerful spiritual practices create space for us to empty ourselves of worldly distractions, making room to be renewed and filled with the presence of Jesus.

Here’s a question for you today: What would it mean to turn the world upside down in your own life in 2025? Who is God prompting you to forgive, love, or serve in ways that defy the ordinary? Trust King Jesus, take a bold step of faith, and watch how even your smallest “yes” can play a part in bringing His Kingdom to earth!

With God, ALL things are possible! 💙
